the IEEE, past member of the New Standards Committee (NESCOM), original Co-Chair of IEEE 1149 Test Bus
Standard, related commercial VXIplug&play, VXIbus Consortium standard groups, and in various capacities of
the IEEE-AUTOTESTCON efforts.

Mike currently serves as Chairman of the I&M Society, TC-8 Automated Instrumentation Committee, Co-Chairman
of the IEEE SCC20 Hardware Interfaces Working Group sub-Committee; IEEE 1505 Receiver Fixture Interface
(RFI); IEEE-1505.1 Common Test Interface (CTI) Pin Map; IEEE-1505.3 Universal Test Interface (UTI) Pin
Map; and IEEE P1693 Modular Interconnect Packaging for Scalable Systems (MIPSS) Standards effort.

As a 28 year Navy veteran in Active/Reserves and a Engineering/Business Manager by education and past Logistics
Management/Business Development positions with Emerson Electric, Raytheon, Harris, GenRad, and MAC
Panel, Mike has been directly involved with test technology for 35 years, a holder of four test system patents,
developer of several industry test products, and author of numerous published articles.
