I²MTC 2010 will conduct a Student Paper Contest for both graduate and undergraduate student papers within the topic scope. There will be cash awards of $500 USD for the best papers in both categories, plus travel subsidies ranging from $300 USD to $1000 USD depending on student location. Please pay careful attention to the Author Instructions page and make sure your paper is identified as either a Graduate or Undergraduate Student Paper when submitting your final paper.
Students must attend the conference and present their paper, either as a presentation or poster, to receive a travel subsidy or best paper award. Travel award winners are selected by the Technical Program Chairs from the abstract submissions and will be notified via email. The best paper awards are chosen by the Technical Program Chairs during the paper review process and are based solely on the written paper. The best paper award winners are announced at the Awards Banquet during the conference.
I²MTC 2010 will also conduct a best overall paper award contest. There will be monetary awards for 1st and 2nd place. The best paper awards will be selected by the Technical Program Chairs and award winners will be announced at the Awards Banquet during the conference.
