Prospective authors should submit an extended abstract (maximum 6-pages in length), including figures, tables and references. Shorter submissions may be automatically rejected. The extended abstract should summarize the scope of the paper and the primary results and findings, emphasizing new advances, theories and/or applications so that the program committee will be able to understand the originality and the value of the work.

Only original papers written in English that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere can be submitted. Full papers are required for review. All paper submissions will be carefully reviewed by at least three experts. Reviews will be returned to the author(s) with comments to ensure the high quality of the accepted papers. The authors of accepted papers must guarantee that their paper will be presented at the conference. At least one author of each accepted paper must be registered for the conference in order for that paper to appear in the proceedings and to be scheduled for presentation.

The extended abstracts should be in standard IEEE Two-Column format and must be submitted as PDF files (details follow). The abstract submission deadline is 01 October 2006. EXTENDED to 15 October 2006
