If you have an idea for a Special Issue, we welcome your proposal!

Your Special Issue proposal should be 1-2 page max, and should include the following information:

• Summary – Why is this topic important to IEEE Instrumentation & Measurement? Why do you expect that this Special Issue will attract papers that will fit within the I&M scope?
• Topics under this Special Issue – List the topics that would fall under this Special Issue. Make sure to sharply focus all topics within the scope of I&M in a manner that will avoid attracting papers that would be rejected at the pre-screen stage because they are out-of-scope.
