Alberto Morato received the M.Sc. degree in Automation Engineering and completed his PhD in Information Engineering at the University of Padova in 2017 and 2022, respectively. From 2021 to 2023, he was a post-doctoral research fellow at the National Research Council of Italy (CNR-IEIIT).
Currently, he holds the position of Researcher at the National Research Council of Italy (CNR-IEIIT). He is also adjunct professor in the Department of Information Engineering at the University of Padova, where he hold the course of Embedded Real-time Control. He serves as a reviewer for several renowned international journals. His primary research focuses on Real-time communication networks, Wired-Wireless-5G (hybrid) Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN), and their application in time-critical distributed measurement systems.
