Chao Liu (Member, IEEE) received his B.S. degree in electronic information engineering from Xidian University, Xi’an, China, in 2014, his M.S. degree in electromagnetic field and microwave technology
from Southeast University, Nanjing, China, in 2017, and his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Iowa State University, Ames, IA, USA, in 2021. He was a Ph.D. student in electrical engineering at Missouri University of Science and Technology, Rolla, MO, USA, from 2018 to 2019, prior to transferring to Iowa State University. He was with Qualcomm Technologies Inc., San Diego, CA, USA, from 2022 to 2023 as a Senior Engineer in the Power and Signal Integrity Group. He is currently a Full Professor in the School of Information Science and Engineering at Southeast University, Nanjing, China, since 2024. His current research interests include microwave and millimeter-wave nondestructive evaluation, and power & signal
integrity.
