John Jendzurski is an Electronics Engineer at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) in Gaithersburg, MD. His research program areas include radio frequency through-wall surveillance and imaging, radar and lidar for traffic control applications, and image quality assessment for threat detection and identification. John was previously with Booz Allen Hamilton in Arlington, Virginia, supporting various defense related research programs, and Scientific Research Corporation in Huntsville, Alabama, designing and testing electronic countermeasures for defense applications.
John currently serves the following roles within IEEE: Chair, TC-41 - Traffic Enforcement Technologies; Chair, Subcommittee on Probe Standards; Vice Chair, Subcommittee on Pulse Techniques (SCOPT); Chair, Lidar Working Group (P2452), Chair, Down-the-Road Radar Working Group (P2450).
