Kunpeng Zhu Email Biography Kunpeng Zhu received the Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering from the National University of Singapore, Singapore, in 2007. He was an Alexander-von-Humboldt Fellow with the Technical University of Munich, Germany. He is currently a Professor and the Director of the Precision Manufacturing Laboratory with the Institute of Intelligent Machines, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Changzhou, China. His current research interests include manufacturing automation, additive manufacturing, and process control. In these areas, he has published widely in refereed journals and contributed to books. Dr. Zhu is the Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering, ISA Transactions and was the Technical Editor of IEEE/ASME Transactions on Mechatronics.
