Saibo She received B.S degree from Shihezi University, Xinjiang, China, in 2019 and the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Hunan University, Changsha, China, in 2022. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in electrical and electronic engineering at University of Manchester, Manchester, UK. He is an IEEE student Member. His research interest is focused on ECT, AECT, and DL. He is reviewer for IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement, MEASUREMENT, etc.
