Solomon Max was a cofounder of LTX Corporation in 1976. He received a BEE magna cum laude from CCNY and MS and EE degrees from MIT. He worked as Chief Engineer at Adage, Analogic, Teradyne, and at LTX Corporation. He is a Senior Life Member of IEEE and a member of Sigma Xi, Tau Beta Pi, and Eta Kappa Nu. He is a contributor to several IEEE Standards. He holds four patents. He currently holds the position of Staff Scientist at LTX-Credence Corporation. He has presented many papers at ITC 2MTC on topics relating to data converters and ATE.
