Yuto Kato Email Biography Yuto Kato received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in physics from The University of Tokyo, Hongo, Japan, in 2010 and 2012, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from Osaka University, Toyonaka, Japan, in 2020. Since 2012, he has been with the National Metrology Institute of Japan, National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology, Tsukuba, Japan. His current research interests include material characterizations and electromagnetic metasurfaces at microwave and millimeter-wave frequencies.
