Zhigang Liu Email Biography Dr. Zhigang Liu (IET Fellow, IEEE/CSEE/CIE Senior Member) received his doctorate in Electrical Engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University in 2003. He became a full professor in 2006, and was a visiting scholar of UIC and TUD in 2009-2010, 2017, respectively. His research interests include power quality detection, artificial intelligence, time and frequency signal analysis, image processing, fault detection, state assessment and their applications, special in rail transit.
