Dear Colleagues:

The I2MTC Board of Directors is soliciting bids for I2MTC 2026.

Please review carefully the Bid Document and the I2MTC Bid Letters of Intent (LoI) Information.  This has all the information needed to complete the bidding process.

Please note the following IMPORTANT DATES regarding the bidding process:

Letters of Intent are due by December 31, 2022. 

Those selected to submit formal bids will be contacted and will have until March 1, 2023, to submit the full bid.
