Feng Kun

Biography

Kun Feng, Male, born in 1982, PhD, professor of Beijing University of Chemical Technology(BUCT). Director of the Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Research Center of the National Key Laboratory of Compressor and System Technology, ISO International Vibration Analyst Category IV Certification (the highest-level category), member of the Rotor Dynamics Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Vibration Engineering, in 2017, he was selected into the first batch of the 100 Young Talents Program of BUCT. In 2019, he was certified by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for the urgently needed talent training project. Research fields include: equipment intelligent operation and maintenance, signal processing, artificial intelligence and predictive maintenance.

 Since 2004, he has been engaged in fault diagnosis. By the end of 2024, he has diagnosed over 2,000 faults of aero-engines/gas turbines, turbo-compressors, pumps, and generators. Presided over 1 NSFC Young Scientists project, responsible for 1 research project of the Key R&D Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, responsible for 1 sub-project of the NSFC Key Program. He has published more than 40 papers, including more than 20 SCI papers (Including IEEE TIM、IEEE TII、Measurement papers). Authorized more than 15 invention patents. Won 1 first prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of Sinopec Automation Application Association(rank 2), 1 second prize of Hunan Provincial Natural Science Award(rank 2), and 4 other provincial and ministerial science and technology progress awards.
