Jiangtao Sun

Biography

Jiangtao Sun (M’14) received the B.Eng. and M.Eng degree in instrumentation and measurement from Xidian University, China, in 2008 and 2010, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from The University of Manchester, Manchester, U.K., in 2014. In September 2014, he joined the Brunel Innovation Centre (The Weld Institute & Brunel University London) as a research fellow and worked there for two years. Thereafter from October 2016 to April 2017, he was an associate professor in Biomedical Engineering with Sun Yat-Sen University, China. He is now an associate professor in Instrumentation and Measurement with Beihang University, China. His current research interests include electrical capacitance/resistance tomography for industrial and biomedical applications, multi-sensor data fusion, and flow measurement and instrumentation.
