Shiqian Chen Email Biography Shiqian Chen received the B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from Sichuan University, Chengdu, China, in 2014, and the Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China, in 2019. He is currently an associate professor with the State Key Laboratory of Rail Transit Vehicle System, Southwest Jiaotong University. His research interests include non-stationary signal processing (e.g., time-frequency analysis, adaptive mode decomposition) and machine fault diagnosis related to railway applications. He has received the National Railway Youth Science and Technology Innovation Award (2022), the Hiwin Doctoral Dissertation Award (2020) and been awarded the Youth Talent Support Project of China Association for Science and Technology (2020).
