Takuma Watanabe Email Biography Takuma Watanabe (Member, IEEE) received the B.E., M.E., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical and information engineering from Niigata University, Niigata, Japan, in 2010, 2012, and 2015, respectively. He worked at the Central Research Institute of Electric Power Industry, Yokosuka, Japan, from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2018, he worked at PASCO Corporation, Tokyo, Japan. From 2018 to 2023, he worked at Fujitsu Ltd., Kawasaki, Japan. Since 2023, he has been with the University of Toyama, Toyama, Japan, where he is currently a Lecturer. His research interests include image reconstruction, synthetic aperture radar (SAR) signal processing, array signal processing, and electromagnetic scattering.
