Wilson Wang Email Biography Wilson Wang (M’04–SM’07) received his Ph.D. in Mechatronics Engineering from the Department of Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering at the University of Waterloo (Waterloo, Ontario, Canada) in 2002. From 2002 to 2004, he was employed as a Senior Scientist at Mechworks Systems Inc. (Waterloo, Ontario). He joined Lakehead University (Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada) in 2004, and now he is a professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering. His research interests include smart sensors, mechatronics, signal processing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, diagnostics and prognostics of engineering systems, and intelligent control.
