Yang Bai Email Biography Yang Bai was born in 1988. He received the Ph.D. degree from the Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in 2017. At the same year, he joined the National Institute of Metrology (NIM), China. He is now working as an associate researcher in NIM and involved in the research on the joule balance. His current research interests focus on the Kibble balance and joule balance, alignment methods, ultra-precision instrument, optical interferometer, and geometrical parameter measurement.
