Yau Chung Chan Email Biography Dr. Yau Chung Chan (S'10 – M'15) received his Ph.D in Electrical Engineering in 2014 and BEng (Hons) in Computer Engineering in 2009. He is a Chartered Engineer of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (CEng MIET) and the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CEng MCIBSE). He is a member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (MHKIE) and the Hong Kong Computer Society (MHKCS). Dr. Chan is currently appointed as Research Fellow at City University of Hong Kong. He has possessed more than 10 years of experience in research and development. His research interests include “Electric Power Quality Instruments, Measurements and Analysis”, “Renewable Energy and Power Electronics Conversion Technologies”, “Chiller Plant System Control and Zero Energy Building” and “Energy Saving and Environmentally-friendly Solutions”.
