IEEE Instrumentation and Measurement Undergraduate Scholarship Award

Please have the following materials available before completing this nomination form. Uploaded materials should be in PDF:

1. One-page biographical summary of the candidate. Include the student’s IEEE membership number.

2. Academic transcript (issued by the official organization for issuing academic records at nominee’s institution). Include an explanation if the grading system differs from the A to F format.

3. One page (single-spaced) statement, written by the candidate, describing their career ambitions and the role instrumentation and measurement will play in these ambitions.

4. At least one but no more than three letters of support.

Basis for Judging:

The evaluation committee will review and evaluate in detail based on the following terms:

1. Participation and volunteerism in IEEE Student Branch, IEEE-HKN Chapter, or IMS Student Chapter Activities

2. Academic Achievement

3. Extracurricular activities

4. Letter/s of recommendation

5. Personal statement
