George Mois

Biography

George Dan Mois (M’09-SM’21) earned his bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering from the
Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania in 2008. He also received a doctoral degree in Systems Engineering from the same university in 2011. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Automation Department belonging to the Faculty of Automation and Computer Science at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca. His research interests include embedded systems, sensor networks, the Internet of Things, and distributed measurement systems. Dr. Mois co-authored more than 50 articles in international journals and conference proceedings and one book. He regularly reviews papers for several international journals. In 2021 he received the IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement Outstanding Reviewer award from IEEE I&M society.
