Wei Fan Email Biography Wei Fan received the B.S. degree in Electric Engineering and Automation (2012), the M.S. degree in Measurement Technology and Instrument (2015) both from Soochow University and the Ph.D. degree in Systems Engineering and Engineering Management (2018) from City University of Hong Kong. Currently, she is a Professor at the School of Mechanical Engineering, Jiangsu University, China. Her research interests include signal processing, machinery fault diagnosis, microwave measurement, quality and control, remaining useful life prediction, statistical modeling.
