Anna Case

Biography

Anna Case (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology, Rolla, MO, USA, in 2019, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Iowa State University (ISU), Ames, IA, USA, in 2024. She is currently a senior R&D engineer at Sandia National Labs, Albuquerque, NM, USA. Her research interests are in computed tomography, eddy current, microwave, and THz materials characterization and nondestructive evaluation.

Dr. Case was a 2024 IEEE TIM Outstanding Reviewer. She was the recipient of the 2020-2023 Center for Nondestructive Evaluation (CNDE) Trapp Fellowship, the 2023 Best ECpE Graduate Seminar Presentation Award and Professional Advancement Grant by the Graduate and Professional Student Senate (GPSS), and the 2022 IEEE I2MTC Student Travel Grant Award. She was awarded the 2021 IEEE I2MTC Best Student Paper (First Place), and the 2022 IEEE I2MTC Best Student Paper (Second Place).
