He Wen Email Biography He Wen received his Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Hunan University, Hunan, China, in 2009. He was a postdoctoral fellow at Beihang University, China, in 2010-2013. He was a visiting scholar at Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Texas A&M University (TAMU), USA, in 2011-2012. He is currently a professor with the College of Electrical and Information Engineering, Hunan University, China. Also, he is the deputy director of Hunan Province Key Laboratory of Intelligent Electrical Measurement and Application Technology. His present research interests include power system measurement, power quality, and digital signal processing. He is also a member of the Editorial Board of the Fluctuation and Noise Letters.
