Yuhua Cheng Email Biography Dr. Yuhua Cheng received his doctorate in Measurement Technology and Instruments from Sichuan University in 2007. He was a Guest Researcher at the University of Toronto (Canada) in 2013-2014 and then joined the School of Automation Engineering, Univercity of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC, China) as a professor in 2015. He is presently the vice dean of School of Automation Engineering and is leading an integrated effort in both research and education to apply advances in engineering, physics, and mathematics to the development of Advanced Instrumentation and Measurement. His current research interests include Electronic instrumentation, Imaging/Sensing for NDE/SHM, Intelligent Prognostics and Health Management (PHM) of complex systems, Numerical Modeling and Simulation.
