I2MTC 2028: Call for Bids

Dear Colleagues:

The IEEE International Instrumentation and Measurement Technology Conference (I2MTC) Board of Directors is seeking to continue our great tradition of exciting venues throughout the world for I2MTC, the flagship conference of the Instrumentation & Measurement Society. We are now seeking prospective conference organizers for I2MTC 2028. Organizers interested in bringing this vital and important conference to your part of the world are encouraged to submit a Letter of Intent!

Please review carefully the Bid Document and the I2MTC Bid Letters of Intent (LoI) Information.  This has all the information needed to complete the bidding process.

Please note the following IMPORTANT DATES regarding the bidding process:

Letters of Intent are due by 31 December 2024.

Those selected to submit formal bids will be contacted and will have until 1 March 2025, to submit the full bid.
